Leadership

The people who'll work on your program

Every client gets a production lead, an account manager, and access to our sourcing and QC teams. No one on staff has the word “synergy” in their title.

Zachary Kaufman

Founder & CEO

Zachary Kaufman is the founder and CEO of Community Attire. With over two decades in apparel manufacturing, he has overseen product development, factory operations, and private label programs for mass retail, specialty brands, and U.S. government procurement contracts.

His background spans the full production lifecycle — from garment construction and materials sourcing through factory-level quality control and international logistics. That operational depth drives how Community Attire manages manufacturing programs across 50+ factory partners in six global regions.

When global supply chains fractured during COVID-19, Kaufman redirected Community Attire's manufacturing network to source and distribute critical protective equipment to healthcare systems and government agencies — executing a multi-million dollar pivot in under 90 days.

“The companies that want to work with us understand that manufacturing isn't a commodity. Getting the product right the first time, at scale, requires a real partnership.”
