Programs
Six ways we build apparel for you.
Programs are modular — pick one service or string them together end-to-end. Every engagement goes through the same QC and sampling discipline, whether you're ordering 200 shirts or 20,000.
Custom Uniform Manufacturing
→End-to-end uniform programs for healthcare networks, hotel groups, food service operators, and industrial employers. We spec the garment, source the fabric, cut and sew, apply embroidery or heat transfer, and ship to one warehouse or a hundred franchise locations.
Best for: Organizations ordering 250+ units per style, with ongoing re-order needs.

Private Label Apparel
→Your brand, your labels, your finished goods — manufactured to your tech pack. We handle the full stack: pattern, grading, cutting, sewing, finishing, woven labels, hangtags, polybagging, and case packing.
Best for: D2C founders, boutique brands, and product teams shipping 500 – 15,000 units per style.

Workwear Production
→Heavy-duty workwear for trades, logistics, facilities, and safety-regulated industries. Think reinforced seams, triple-stitched stress points, hi-vis compliance, flame-resistant fabrics, and gussets that don't split the first time a tech climbs a ladder.
Best for: Contractors, facilities teams, logistics operators, utilities, and field service companies ordering 300+ units.
Spec a Workwear Run →
Cut & Sew
→Straight cut-and-sew for teams that have their own fabric, patterns, and plan — and just need reliable production capacity. Drop-ship your rolls and trims, we cut, sew, finish, and ship back.
Best for: Brands with patterns and fabric ready, looking for contract production of 500 – 20,000 units.

Tech Pack Development
→If you have sketches, reference samples, or just a clear idea of what you want to make — we'll build the tech pack that turns it into a manufacturable garment. Measurements, construction notes, stitch specs, labeling, packaging, grading across your size range.
Best for: Founders and small teams without an in-house technical designer.

Fabric Sourcing
→Fabric and trim sourcing from verified mills across multiple regions. We source cotton, cotton blends, performance polyesters, French terry, twills, canvas, oxford, poplin, and specialty technical fabrics.
Best for: Any project — offered standalone or bundled with manufacturing.

Not sure which program fits?
Most projects touch two or three. A new hotel brand usually needs tech pack development + fabric sourcing + custom uniform manufacturing. A returning D2C client is just private label and re-orders. Tell us what you have — a sketch, a sample, a problem — and we'll scope it honestly.
