Program Director

SeniorRemote · U.S.Full-Time

You own programs end-to-end — from PP meeting to final container loadout. Primary liaison between enterprise buyers and our factory partners across multiple regions.

What you'll own

  • 3–5 concurrent programs with Fortune 500, national brand, or federal buyers
  • Lead-time commitments, escalation calls, and PP/TOP approvals
  • Factory-partner relationships across knit, woven, cap, and cut-and-sew cells
  • Margin, quality, and on-time delivery against locked program KPIs

Technical Designer

Mid–SeniorRemote · U.S.Full-Time

You translate brand intent into tech packs factories can actually build. Construction, fit, trim, BOM accuracy — the details that make or break a program before the first yard is cut.

What you'll own

  • Tech packs that ship without clarifying calls or rework loops
  • Pre-production fit sessions, lab-dip approvals, and color matching
  • Construction calls with mill partners and sewing-floor supervisors
  • Grading, POM sheets, and size-set reviews across knit and woven programs

Compliance & QC Lead

You hold the line on federal- and retail-grade standards. Berry Amendment, CPSIA, Prop 65, AQL protocols, third-party audits.

What you'll own

  • AQL inspection protocols across the partner-factory network, spec-matched per program
  • Berry, CPSIA, Prop 65, and retailer-specific compliance documentation
  • Third-party audit coordination (WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, federal audits)
  • Root-cause analysis and corrective-action plans for quality exceptions
